I am Waleed Sheeraz, the independent operator of A2Z Edit at a2zedit.com. There is no anonymous content team and no white-label farm behind the brand. I ship the tools, write (and rewrite) the guides, and answer support mail.

Why I built this

Most “free converter” sites interrupt a two-minute crop with a signup wall, a watermark, or a silent upload. Everyday jobs — resize a photo, merge PDFs, OCR an English or Arabic scan, stamp a QR — can run with APIs the browser already has. A2Z Edit is my answer: one job per URL, processing in the tab when possible, and honest pages when a file must leave the device (temporary share, redirects, Ask PDF).

What I personally maintain

• Image tools and PDF tools — client-side editors and converters, including background removal, redaction, and metadata stripping.
• OCR — separate English and Arabic pages because the language packs and failure modes differ.
• Guides — decision-focused how-tos (format choice, when OCR fails, why a black box is not redaction). Featured articles are ones I would hand a relative.
• The Android app on Google Play and AppGallery — a WebView shell of the live site, not a separate tool stack.

How I write

Tool pages explain the job on that URL and link to a matching guide when the decision is harder than the click path. I do not generate hundreds of near-duplicate SEO articles. Thin converter pairs remain available for users but stay noindex so the catalog does not look like a doorway mill. Limits and exceptions live on How we work and the Disclaimer.
