About QR Code Tools

A QR code is a bag of characters in a pattern phones can scan. The generator on A2Z Edit encodes what you type (URL, text, Wi‑Fi, and similar payloads) and lets you download PNG or SVG. The file does not phone home — if the website behind a URL dies, printed codes fail for that reason, not because the QR “expired.”

Keep payloads short and contrast high. Dense tracking URLs and low-contrast brand colors look clever and scan badly from across a room. The scanner reads a photo or camera feed in the browser; it does not upload the picture.
