How to send a smaller portfolio of images

  1. Compress every image to a web-friendly size.
  2. Convert formats if recipients cannot open WebP/HEIC.
  3. Create a ZIP for file sets, or Images to PDF for a linear review.
  4. Measure the final package size.
  5. Send and keep masters locally.
