Blur or pixelate faces and private areas on a photo.
About this tool
Pixelate or blur a rectangle: faces, plates, account numbers on a screenshot. This changes the pixels. Metadata stripping does not hide those details.
For PDFs, blur is the wrong tool — use Redact PDF so text cannot be selected under a black box. After you blur a photo of an ID, convert to PDF only if the portal requires it.
Always download and pinch-zoom the result. If the secret is still readable, increase the strength and run again.
Select any rectangle on your image and blur or pixelate it. Stack multiple regions before downloading.
