How to Remove Image Metadata

Sharing an original camera file can leak location history and device details. Removing metadata produces a cleaner file for public posts and client sends.

JPEG and PNG are stripped losslessly when possible. Other formats may be saved as PNG.
Does this remove faces or objects?
No. It only clears embedded metadata tags, not picture content.
